固定列后表格滑动不流畅
环境：windows，mac没试
复现条件：表格有换行+列固定
鼠标放在表头没问题，鼠标放在表格里滑动卡顿，需要多滑动几次
固定列后文字颜色变暗
复现条件：表格背景色渐变+列固定+文字颜色是红色这种鲜艳的颜色


          fix: 表格固定列后上下滑动和文字颜色问题
