Major Update For OC Experimental Scripting!

I have added some scripts, removed some, and fixed all scripts to work with the new OC experimental scripting setting enabled.

Added Script To Allow Renaming Selected File Via Script Option

I added a script that will take the selected file, open a dialog with the clipboard history and then rename the file your selection.

Fixed Scripts For Installer and MS Store Versions

Found issue in script files preventing installer and MS Store version from working.
