Add Vuepress

@kamranahmedse This is a bit of a drastic change so please let me know if you don't want it to go this way 🙏. It's completely understandable!

This PR adds Vuepress to the repo. The main goals of this is:

• Give the ability to host this as a website which makes going through the content more easier. (We can host this on something like Netlify or Vercel for free)
• Give the ability to add multiple programming languages in examples. In Vuepress, we can have the code examples in multiple examples (This is my number one motivation. I want to port this to TypeScript and JavaScript. Typescript port is halfway done) (adding more coding language support - DISCUSSION #122).
• Give the ability to easily add different languages (Human languages 😄) (Translation in other languages #43).

I'm open for any suggestions 👍
