This permission is required when targetting API 31. In API 32 there is a new permission called USE_EXACT_ALARM
This release fixes a regression caused by moodle.6 version, it caused the app to 'restart' when clicking a notification
replace compile() with implementation()

The Moodle Mobile Team did make a greate job, to make this plugin work again with Android. This PR merges all relevant changes form the fork to this plugin.
