Release-0.2

This release is the first that is reasonably useful to others. Attached is an AppImage binary for download, for Linux x86_64 (64-bit). See the project README and user guide to install and use it.

Verify the binary by executing the lines below. sha256sum is part of GNU Coreutils.

   $ echo 'e759caab9a62a16f6c6d3cc118c5c69778c10713961615bb53622c7774e094e8 *Cotel-x86_64.AppImage' >checksum
   $ sha256sum --check checksum
