Restore dahsboard mainnet workflow to the projects so that we can see the mainnet preview before a release.
Previously execution of the `npm run build` commans in Dockerfile was resulting in `JavaScript heap out of memory` error. Trying to change Node heap allocation to see if that fixes the issue.
