Updated templates, and surface-templates

A reminder here that we need to update the resources:

• templates should include dentate src/sink labels (otherwise they should be left out of v2.0.0)
• surface-templates should be based off the most recent dev-v2.0.0 outputs

The surface-templates are going to be fairly small in size, so I think it would be nice if they were in a github repository (this or another one), rather than OSF, for easier versioning and access..
