abstのためのrtm-ros-robot-interfaceのメソッドを追加しました。

AutoBalanceStabilizerServiceの部分文字列StabilizerServiceが変にマッチしてしまい、うまくメソッドが生成されないハマりポイントがありました。

のTODOが解決するまでは、:go-pos-abstはかえってこないので、:go-pos-no-wait-abstを使う必要があります。
