Thanks! I am holding off on PR's for now. I want to get the Patch Tool out by the end of August 2021 but will look at implementing this request in the version following. |

This PR updates hamlib to be installed from their GitHub repo instead of SourceForge. It also simplifies the parsing of the latest release version using
jqas it is already install in https://github.com/km4ack/pi-build/blob/master/build-a-pi#L72closes #64
