Add support for both GraphDB (was already supported) and Fuseki.
See the (updated) README.md for instructions on how to use this.
Known issue:
For now, Fuseki only works properly with ttl files, not trig. If trig support with Fuseki is important I can investigate why, otherwise we can update the README and mention the issue there (and recommend that GraphDB is used instead).
