Description

Implement a script to automatically create odbcad configs.

Additional changes coming with this PR:

  • Update docs to -AllowClobber when install sqlserver powershell module.
  • Validate arguments on all scripts, making sure server_name is valid and also help the end user with proper informative error messages
  • Fixed create_login.sql script to be templated with ko_db argument
  • Allow the script to exit gracefully, so when it is not in quiet mode, it will still show "press any key to continue..."
