Migrate questions to database

Description

This is the best PR of all times! It removes the questions from the Hedgehog UI repo. The questions are now served from the Hedgehog-server repo 😄

Test

In Hedgehog

$ bash build.sh && ./Hedgehog

In Hedgehog-server

$ docker-compose down
$ docker-compose build --no-cache
$ docker-compose up

Note

To run Hedgehog-server you need to have Docker installed on your machine.
