Any issues with the iDynomics code should be reported via Github. One of the developers will then examine the problem and report their findings back to you.
To log an issue in Github:
- Search for and open the kreft\iDynomics repository in Github
- Press the Issues tab button
- This will open a screen that shows the ongoing and addressed issues in iDynomics. Before you submit an issue, please have a look through these to see if your problem has already been addressed or logged.
- If not, press the New Issue button
- Give your issue a title and explain in detail what you feel the issue is, and if appropriate how you feel it should be fixed. Press Submit New Issue
- You will now see that the number of open issues has increased by 1. The developers will be emailed and will address the issue in due course.
When the developers address your issue, they will add a comment to the issue. You will receive this comment by email, to the address assigned to your github account. If the developer can address the issue they will close it - if they cannot they will leave it open and wait for either yourself or other collaborators to comment. When a suitable resolution is found, the issue will then be closed.
