it's hard from currently telemetry to understand how users are using the validation functionality - suggest to improve validation in this area;

track core validation processing and what triggered it
track if user makes changes to the code after “select problem”
track if users select various links / actions related to problem navigation/exploration (overlap with codeIntel telemetry #4096 )
