This version is materially the same as v1.000 but with some missing files included (via a fixed MANIFEST in 79172ef); v1.000 is broken.

This release demonstrates compatibility with Mac::PropertyList version 1.503 by adopting its test suite. Thanks to @briandfoy for his help.

Release v1.000 is the first to use a tag starting with v.
