First public release

Significant improvements compared to private v0.1:

• Recording overlay point reference indication fixed, also font color for names of the points is now readable;
• Added options to disable window filter or use window handle instead of title;
• Changed point redefinition mechanics, previously it was necessary to manually remove old point from the database first, now all that's needed is to click Yes in 'Overwrite?' message box;
• Previously unused point referencing code is now used, however it's not tested yet;
• The application proved to be stable enough to run unattended for a couple of weeks.
