Add wasm.js target and enhance LevelDBStore Android integration

Introduced the `wasmJs` target with browser and Node.js support in Gradle setup for improved platform compatibility. Updated `README.md` with detailed setup instructions organized by platform. Additionally, added an `openLevelDBStore` utility for Android to streamline LevelDB integration using application context.
