- translate some stuff from Catalan into English, finally; - update the Flexio module to generate Portuguese clitics.
- mostly commenting out verb forms with 'X', though should not be independent.
* Remove workspace.yml from tracking * Add dict_tools as a proper dependency * Update dict_tools for better dir handling * Update .gitignore * Add java results dir structure

According to GHA docs, workflows with
workflow_runaction trigger must be present on the project's default branch, even if the triggering workflow is not onmain... Whatever. I can revert this later.
