Related to #50146, the code for renaming column on legacy versions of
MariaDbGrammarmust be identical to the code onMySqlGrammar. On #50329, I forgot to apply the changes toMariaDbGrammaras well asMySqlGrammar. This PR removes the redundant code and makes sure that this doesn't happen again in the future.
