Set up script and template for pushing AlphaFold results to JAMO

The two main steps here are:

Write a template (i.e. schema) documenting the outputs of AlphaFold. See bilbomd_classic_results.yaml for an example.
Write a script for submitting an analysis to JAT using the template. See bilbomd_release.py for an example.
