Made version where some of the modules are downloaded once and not re-downloaded for each OMP/CUDA combination
Mfem was giving error on not finding hypre. Wonder why if hypre is commented out

I switched all of the git clones in the campuscluster_update.py to use the HTTPS protocol rather than the ssh protocol that was previously used. This makes it so the person running the script does not have to have a ssh public key set up. This should allow more people to remake the modules if needed, i.e. when Davide is sick.
Tested compiling Hpic2 with OpenMP and MFEM, it worked and was able to run an example Hpic2 input script.
