In the initial stage, the project initiation, brainstorming and design, are envisioned to be performed in the Discussions section. The output of this stage should be a plan of action, which will be materialized in concrete tasks in the Issues section. Any project-specific documentation would be written along.

The documentation may also be written in Rust Doc.
