From what I can tell, the only sites in the "aquatic preserve" user group are only sites found in National Estuarine Research Reserves located in Apalachicola, Naples and St. Augustine/Palm Coast. It does not include aquatic preserves from throughout the state.

@mradamcox I think this issue will warrant a little more discussion. I couldn't even find any Aquatic Preserve accounts to even check this. So I created a dummy account and added the FL_AquaticPreserve group to it. It looks like what Emily Jane is saying is that the group doesn't contain all the sites within the aquatic preserve boundaries around the state. This could be an issue with overlapping jurisdictions (sites are in both an aquatic preserve and a state park or state forest for example) so maybe that's why when you created the group and coded it like the other state accounts, it didn't work properly. Ideally, Aquatic Preserve accounts would be set up just like other state agency accounts, but the overlap with other agencies may have caused an issue, I don't know. For our grant, we cannot monitor within aquatic preserves, but we should still set up these accounts for the aquatic preserve managers to use if they wish. I will need to discuss this with Emily Jane a bit further and get back to you. I won't be sure what the next step is until I do.
