Looks good to me. I could see more updates to the formatting may be desirable, but will be best to just get this into main and go from there. |

Addresses #8 by creating styling and some htm changes to the image header report specific to print-view of the report. These changes assume between 0 and 4 images per report for the Easement Inspection and arranges them 2 to a row.
