Improvements and bugfixes

More robust handling of map image import. Will no longer crash if map image conversion fails. A default image will be used instead.
No more need for manual upgrades, csgosl now fully supports upgrading to latest version.
Added server option to allow csgo server to autostart when csgosl is started.
Added scheduled csgo server restarts and updates. Currently only on linux :( Coming on windows...
Added automatic creation of server launcher scripts (in installation folder) which can be used to control the csgo server without starting the GUI.
Windows: Reintroduced csgosl.bat for starting csgosl for people having problems launching csgosl.vbs.
Windows: Early traces are no longer lost, stored until they can be displayed on console tab
