New sourcemod plugins + fontfix

Added two new sourcemod plugins (requested)

• splewis get5 (https://github.com/splewis/get5)
  example get5_match.cfg included
  in rcon: get5_loadmatch get5_match.cfg
  copy get5_match.cfg to your own cfg to keep it when updating csgosl.
• chanapu myweaponallocator (https://github.com/shanapu/MyWeaponAllocator)
  no config included for this one, just the plugin.
  Don't know how it works, please feedback suggestions.

Fixed small font issue on config page buttons.
