Final project for "Workspace & Workflow management in biology"

Introduction

This README file explains the workflow which was done for learning project on "Workspace and workflow management in biology" course at Skoltech.

Some deadly strain of bacteriophage T5 makes a carnage for E. coli. For this imaginary situation, one could find a variant calling pipeline for the analysis of this strain in this repository.
