as certbot droped support of windows, shouldn't this moved as to linux based image? |

Yeah, I am planning to totally redo pebble CI soon. It’s all broken now. I was hoping to quickly get this working but gave up on it. |

looks like VS2022 and python 3.9 works: looks like 3.11 changed how venv works |
