A C# (WPF) picture viewer

A picture viewer I created to manage my library using WPF Features:

• Show pictures in a simple and easy to see way
• Added emgucv for face recognition (not worked very well though, so can be disabled for performance)
• (tobe) Send chosen image over facebook messenger
