MacOS: Don't use usage numbers as button ids on OSX. #1530

Add a compatibility config option, "[compatibility] joystick_version=xx.yy.zz" if it is necessary to restore the old behavior.

Yeah I think this will work well for me. If I come across a controller with more than 32 buttons I'll let ya know.
