veristat v0.3

Sync up to upstream commit:

c8632acf193b ("Merge branch 'bpf-token'")

Two new veristat features:

• support for absolute value filters (-f '|insns_pct|<10');
• support for top N results display.

Also update libbpf, which brings latest __arg_ctx support changes.
