Big step towards #1.

This isn't just a simple migration, there are significant changes:

• credit card charges and bank account payouts no longer happen during payday, instead users can add and withdraw money to/from their wallet whenever they want
• the app's currency is now the Euro instead of US dollars
• users can't receive money before they fill the identity form
• bank accounts can be from pretty much any country in the world, I don't know if payouts will actually work everywhere but in theory they should
