Experimental features

Automatically update chrome to the latest version when chrome is not running. This is usually used for canary version updates. It updates once an hour.

实验功能：Chrome每小时定时更新，如果Chrome未运行将完成自动更新，主要用于金丝雀版本的更新，治疗版本强迫症，通常情况下不需要开启，该功能可能存在BUG请谨慎使用
