Precompiled dependencies for v1.1.6_arm64

Due to lack of official arm64 supported versions of the needed dependencies multiple changes and hacks have to be applied to get it work. Here you can find the content of a working dep folder. Examine on your own and use 'as is'.
Used by Makefile of: 'make dep'
