I do not see that a sequence is being released as restricted on the approve/review page

After submitting a sequence as restricted I would like to see again on the review page that the sequence is really being submitted as restricted and until which date. Currently that is not the case.

There should be a padlock icon which possibly has a mouseover with the date?

Can we maybe make this more clear somehow? I totally missed it on this page - I expected to see the release date when I clicked on the edit details page but it wasn't there

It's definitely useful feedback. I guess my instinct on changing the padlock thing would be to wait for a bit more feedback before doing anything. UX has lots of tradeoffs and adding more emphasis to one thing can make others more confusing. Adding this info to the edit page sounds good.
