Make the following sshd options configurable via env vars:

  • ClientAliveCountMax via CLIENT_ALIVE_COUNT_MAX
  • ClientAliveInterval via CLIENT_ALIVE_INTERVAL
  • TCPKeepAlive via TCP_KEEP_ALIVE
