You also need to add a yaml configuration to be used for this one, e.g. https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_config_ocs/blob/develop/Scheduler/v8/fbs_config_sv_survey.yaml

Under generator power we should only run 120-290 degrees (same azimuth constraints as current morning operations).
Changes DDFs to add ECDFS and EDFS_a/b back into the available DDFs list, since they're southward and would be good to observe if we can't observe XMM-LSS (which is too far north).
