Minor syntax.md updates: - Add //= to compound assignment list, - Add //= usage example to floordiv section.

- sentence flow/grammar update to restrictions/limitations section - reword floordiv section
More bikeshedding grammar and English to improve readability; - Add examples since most other sections have examples - Move sentences and reword for flow/sentence style/structure.

@alexmccord How do you like this refactor for the floordiv section vs. my previous one? Might be a bit more verbose on those first 2 lines, since the previous one's a bit more concise. |
