🌼 I am a microbiologist 👩‍🔬 and bioinformatician with an MSc in Computational Biology 🖥️.

🌼 Currently working on the development and adaptation of bioinformatics courses for genomic surveillance analysis at the BCEM group and the CABANA consortium.

🌼 Currently Working on ancient metagenomics from parchment manuscripts 📜.

🌼 Side project: development of a novel protocol for Nanopore sequencing of 16S-23S rRNA Operon from coffee microbiome ☕.

🌼 Interested in aDNA, acient metagenomics, ancient pathogens 🦠.
