  1. - Update Celery to latest stable version (4.4.2) 

    - Run RabbitMQ in docker to use latest stable version and to auto-restart on failure
- Replaced usage of deprecated task module
- Added new task to add new games based on recent updated games on MobyGames, to be run every 3 hours
