M17-FME Windows Cygwin Release 20240715

This is the precompiled Windows 32-bit Cygwin Build of the main branch (Build Version: 2024-18-gc3dd631) from 20240615. See any relevant README files in the zip for further information. Any future updates may be a singular zipped .exe file that will need to be copy and pasted into the full release m17-fme folder.

Note: Any Packet Data Files created with older versions prior to 2024-18-gc3dd631 may fail to decode properly (CRC), and any Encrypted Packet Data Files created with older versions may fail to decrypt properly when using AES. Furthermore, a potential crash may occur on packet data decoding / assembly under certain conditions in prior versions if single data packet frame is bad and has certain values. Upgrading to 2024-18-gc3dd631 is advised.
