In this documentation, all panels would be marked with Bold Italic, any components (buttons, sliders, menus) in the tool would be marked with code format.

Select the dataset to visualize

Use the dropdown menu named scHi-C dataset to choose the dataset you want to visualize.

Use the chromosome selector dropdown menu to choose the chromosome of interest for visualizing contact maps.
