V1.3.1

- The World 8 pipe in the Warp Zone is now blocked with a skull instead of a river tile, to prevent breaking the mode if Hammers can build Bridges (it will still convert to a bridge once the objectives are completed like normal).
General
- Fixed a potential forced damage scenario in reversed 7-5.
- Misc. tweaks.

V1.3
General
- New tabs have been added and options have been rearranged to better organize settings by type of feature (Thanks to Pleco for assistance with this!).
- Misc. fixes/adjustments.
Core
- Added a new option to keep world progress on Game Over, which prevents completed levels from being reset. Note that this also affects Toad Houses as well, however.
- Randomize Misc. has been split into Randomize Misc. Enemies and Randomize Misc. Power-ups (W7 Plant stage randomization is included with Misc. Enemies).
- Randomizer Fixes no longer removes the RNG associated with the Spade card game. Additionally, the closer of the two Hammer Bros has been moved back a bit in the new Desert arena.
Worlds
- Added a new option to randomize the number of Hammer Brothers in Worlds 1-7! (this replaces Remove Hammer Bros)
- Piranha Plant stages are still exclusive to World 7.
- Minimum 1 Bro/Plant in each world and 11 across all 7 worlds (14 in Open World).
- An additional Hammer Bro can appear in World 1 (upper right corner), World 3 (Prize Island), and World 7 (Toad House Island).
- Added a new option to limit Hammer Bro movement, so they can no longer traverse over levels. This option also slightly adjusts the location of one of the W6 bros to also eliminate marathons! (this replaces Remove Best Items from Bros)
- Faster Mushroom Houses and Disable Mushroom Houses have been condensed into a single Toad Houses drop-down.
Levels
- The Japanese 1-F spike room is now possible with Reverse/Remix Some Levels.
- Fast autoscrolling 5-6 has been removed from all Randomized Autoscroller options (too difficult without a tail power-up).
- Shuffle Enemy Locations is now performed more intelligently, making it compatible with other...stormier...modifications.
Items/Power-ups
- Added a new drop-down to enable Hammers to build bridges! (either instead of breaking locks, or even both!)
- Note that bridges can only be built on a specific one tile gap of water. Other similar one tile gaps will not work
- The Bridge will appear as a path initially, but will correct itself when the map is refreshed (by entering a level/pipe)
Open World
- You can now select a minimum and maximum for Worlds Required to specify a range of values the number of worlds can be randomized to (this replaces the 'Random' option)
- To select a specific number of worlds and not randomize it, set the minimum and maximum to the same number
- If randomized, the title screen will still display an 'R' (the selected range will not be viewable in-game)
- Toad Houses have been reverted to contain their normal items (instead of all Mushrooms)

V1.2.2
Open World
- To further incentivize the item hunt aspect of Open World, Toad Houses will now only award Mushrooms, if enabled. This includes all variants found on world maps, including White Mushroom Houses.
General
- 'Randomizer Fixes' and 'Insert Remaining Levels' now both include a fix that prevents completed level panels from appearing in certain areas (notably the World 5 sky half).
- The above also fixes an issue where the inserted World 2 level closest to Start would revert to uncleared (after clearing it) when the map is refreshed.
- Added additional unfair enemy adjustments to 'Randomizer Fixes' (ones that make it impossible to acquire certain power-ups without taking damage in 4-1 and 5-3).
- Minor flag adjustment.

-As a result of this split, 3-F2 Roto-disc randomization has been moved to Randomize Misc. - Core Settings have been rearranged.

V1.2
General
- Settings Randomization has finally been overhauled! Now most individual settings can be toggled to a 'maybe' by right-clicking on the respective label to turn it Green. Note that the setting must be checked (or on a non-default option for drop-downs) AND the label colored Green to enable Randomize Mode for that option.
- On the Summary tab, options with Randomize Mode enabled will be prefixed with a '(?)'.
- As a result of this overhaul, the Randomize tab has been completely removed (no longer needed).
- Added a new possible Bowser letter.
Core Settings
- Added a new option to Randomize Fire Flowers in Levels! They will still appear as Fire Flowers, but when collected you may randomly get a Frog Suit, Tanooki Suit, or Hammer Suit instead!
- Added a new option to Shuffle Koopa Kids! This shuffles which Koopa Kid you face at the end of Worlds 1-7 (so Wendy may be the boss of Grass Land instead of Ocean Side, for example).
- Randomizer Fixes now slightly adjusts or re-rolls unfair enemies in various places. Additionally, the Desert arena has been overhauled into a more traditional arena to fully address Hammer Brothers going inside the block.
- Randomize Some Level Paths has been split into two toggles: Randomize Some Doors/Pipes and Reverse/Remix Some Levels. All door and pipe randomization is now in the former toggle, while modifications that reverse or 'remix' levels (8-F is considered a remix, for example) are in the latter.
-The 8-2 pipes are now randomized with Randomize Some Doors/Pipes. - Adjusted spinning platform randomization with Randomize Obstacles to make some jumps easier.
- Added additional possible locations to place levels with Insert Remaining Levels.
Difficulty Settings
- Shuffle Enemy Locations now additionally shuffles where Rocky Wrenches can appear on the World 8 Tank and Airship levels.
- Boos Always Chase has been renamed to Boos/Hot Feet Always Chase. This option now additionally make Hot Feet (both types) always pursue you.
Under the Hood
- Flags have been overhauled to include info on which settings have Randomize Mode enabled. Flags/Presets from previous versions should still work, but note that the new Flag format is now case-sensitive.
- The preset file format has been updated for improved compatibility. It is recommended to load and save all of your presets to go ahead and convert them to the new format.
- The Generator and Base Randomizer are now packaged with the JAR and automatically extract (and run from) the AppData folder. As a result, these files no longer need to be included in the same folder as Deluxe. They can be safely deleted.
- Misc. fixes/adjustments.

V1.1.2
General
- Added a 'Default' option to Player Color, enabling the ability to play as red Luigi or Peach if desired.
- Color choices (non-Changing) should now always be represented on the world map.
- Added more possible music choices to Randomize Music.
- Fixed Player Color choice not being applied to non-Mario characters.
Settings
- Hammer/Hammer Suit Exchange has been reverted back to Hammer to Hammer Suit. Hammer Suits can no longer be used in place of Hammers, but now a confirmation sound will play when a Hammer is used with nothing breakable nearby (similar to using a Whistle in Open World). Press A again to confirm converting it to a Hammer Suit
- Shuffle Enemy Locations has been moved to the Difficulty tab (Think the game's too easy?). Additionally, this option now randomizes Left/Right moving Thwomps!
- To make room, Time Attack! has been moved to the Gameplay tab and some options have been rearranged within their tab.
Under the Hood
- The Deluxe configuration file now saves to (and loads from) the user's AppData folder
- Updated Generator to remove dependency on process name
- Updated Deluxe executable to automatically run as administrator
- Added additional checks to ensure ROM File and Output Directory selections are valid. Additionally, the Randomizer will now fall back to saving in the current directory if it fails to save in the selected Output Directory (for some reason)
- Misc. fixes/tweaks

V1.1
General
- Presets have been overhauled to use external flags files! Now there is no limit to how many presets you can store (other than storage space, of course) and both the Base and Mac Flags are saved. This also allows you to easily share them and give them unique names!
Core Settings
- Character options (Toad, Peach, and now, Luigi!) have been condensed into one setting: Play As, now located in the upper right corner.
- Randomizer Fixes - No longer removes Atlantis autoscrolling
- Randomize Autoscrollers - Updated to use a new drop-down containing two new options: Remove Atlantis, to de-autscroll Atlantis only, and Random (no Slow) to only randomize between disabled and fast autoscrolling, where possible.
- Randomize Misc. - Randomization of Conveyor belts, Spinners, Bullet Bills, Cannons, and 3-F2 Roto-discs have been moved into a new option: Randomize Obstacles.
- Added a new option: Shuffle Enemy Locations! This randomizes where the 2-Q Tornado appears (moved from Randomize Misc.) and also shuffles which pipes contain piranha plants!
- Randomize some Level Paths - Odds of finding a reversed/remixed level have been increased. Additional possible twists have also been added to 4-F2, 5-Tower, and 7-2
