### Assistive technology software
- We understand that some colleagues will benefit from access to additional assistive technology (e.g. Grammarly) and are committed to supporting this as needed
- We will firstly request that anyone requesting a licence tries the basic/free versions (please get in touh with the Operations Team to know what tools we currently support free licences for), as the basic may suffice for some
- If, after this, anyone still requires a business licence, please come back to us via slack or email again to ops, and we will look to explore the business licence route.
- Where this is a necessary reasonable adjustment the cost **will not ** be deducted from their remote working budget.
