- Removed navigation param NAVIGATION_CANCELLED_EVENT as it was not used

- Removed candidate on CANCEL_EVENT to stop propagation to NAVIGATE_EVENT (to allow to cancel navigation in PRE_NAVIGATE_EVENT)
- Added test for the new scenario
