Based on the product spec, Demister might be a better description than Heater. It does not seem to be intended for heating a room, only enough heat to prevent condensation buildup.

I agree heater might not be appropriate. Would Anti-Fog be appropriate (as the term Demister is not commonly used)?

Yes Anti-fog is also OK.

Entity does not need a name that is the same as the default name for its type.
