About firmware cannot burn

Description

• When you get the MKS dlc32 V1.X/V2.X, power on and all is OK!
• But you found the firmware was unwritable

The solution

• Short-circuit SDA and GND
• power on again
• Upload firmware.please refer toMethod of upload Firmware
• After the firmware is burned, please remove the short circuit and power on again

About APP cannot upload files

Description

• When you get the MKS dlc32 V1.X/V2.X, power on and all is OK!
• But the APP cannot upload the NC file

The solution

• If you are connected to 5G WiFi, this may cause the APP to fail to upload files, so please do not connect to 5G WiFi
• Make sure the LAN signal is good enough that you don't do anything offline while uploading files. Currently, interactive operations are not supported.
