ShopSum, a Progressive Web App designed for Roadside Stalls, Small Vendors, and even our humble Corner/Kirana Stores.

This repo contains just the bare minimum files to run ShopSum, the original files are not included here for security reasons.
The interface of the app is essentially based around a Calculator, to calculate the total cost of all the items in an order and receive payments through a single-use QR Code, generated specifically for the current transaction amount, scannable via any UPI App.
Unlike third-party payment gateway service providers, ShopSum requires no KYC Verification or bank details. Just sign-up and add your UPI ID to which you wish to receive your payments.
The UPI ID gets linked to your sign-in method and just like that you’re good to go. It’s free, it’s fast and the entire process is streamlined.
- Easy Log-In: Sign up using your Email ID, Google OAuth, or Phone Number seamlessly.
- QR Code Payment: Generate a QR Code for the calculated amount effortlessly every time.
- Privacy: ShopSum doesn’t require KYC Verification to use. Anyone can register and start using ShopSum. Check our T&C for more details.
- Not just for business owners! ShopSum is perfect for individuals too. Imagine a group of friends going out, where one person pays the entire bill. With ShopSum, splitting the bill is a breeze. The person who paid can generate a QR code for their friends to scan and pay back their exact shares seamlessly.

- ShopSum is a web-based application and does not require any installation. Simply visit the ShopSum website, register, and start using the service.
- Additionally, the user has the option to install the progressive web app on their device via the Install Button on the home screen to get the look and feel of a native app.
