This repository contains the computational scripts used in the manuscript "Selection and thermostability at G-quadruplex loci in the human genome" by Guiblet et al.

• Supplementary Code 1 contains the scripts used for the analysis of G4 density and stability.

• Supplementary Code 2 contains the scripts used for the HKA and SFS tests.

• Supplementary Code 3 contains the scripts generated during peer-review.

Please note that multiple scripts are given a name and should not be run within the Jupyter notebook. Such scripts should be built on your local machine and run with command line.
