This work drops the dependency on The Ruby Racer by using the version of `SearchIndexResource#build_index` from the `middleman-search-gds` fork.

This is an attempt at replacing The Ruby Racer with Mini Racer (and an attempt to close #30 and possibly #24). I took the
SearchIndexResource#build_indexmethod from an alpha fork I found here and used it as a replacement.I did a bit of testing and it seems to be working for me. I thought at the very least it could spark a conversation and maybe help you guys out.
